Christmas is right around the corner. We’re about to mark the birth of Jesus – the beginning of a journey that led Him to the cross.
For many, this is the happiest time of year, while for others it’s sad, difficult, and painful. Everything has its reasons, its purpose, and its cost.
If you’re among those who celebrate – give thanks to God. If you’re among those struggling – know you’re not alone.
Jesus said He is with us, that He will never leave us nor forsake us.
(Matthew 28:20; Hebrews 13:5)
This is why we read this book of the Bible, so that the truth and miracle of Jesus’ sacrifice and resurrection – that Jesus is the living God, a God who is present, who went through everything like us but never sinned (Hebrews 4:15) – may pour His love into our hearts. He showed this love by His death on the cross and His resurrection.
No matter how hard it is to feel alone, and even though each of us longs for someone by our side… if that time comes when no one is near, remember that this is only what our physical eyes see. God is always here. You’re never alone!
Join us as we read the final chapters of the Gospel of Luke, and let the truth and grace of Jesus Christ lead us into the new year.
These are some of the BEST chapters in the entire Bible, so don’t miss reading them this week!
These chapters tell us why Jesus was born and reveal the magnitude of God’s love for each of us.
Let’s stay with Him till the end.
Jesus endured His suffering to the end and then gloriously rose again!
For us, for you and me! Hallelujah!
Thank you, Jesus!
What a wonderful God! Majestic and mighty!
