Without faith we cannot believe that God still heals today: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

God really does heal!

I’ll be very honest right now and say that I believe that when God heals, He heals completely.

Are there times when He chooses not to heal? Yes, there are times He chooses not to heal, but only because He knows He will be glorified in a greater way through that person’s illness than through their healing.

You see, it all comes down to God being glorified!

God heals completely!

And yet, there are so many Christians today who believe that though they may be set free from certain things, like alcohol or drugs, that they remain bound to that thing for the rest of their life.

Did not Christ say that He not only sets us free, but free indeed? Is He not powerful enough to set us free so that we can walk without that weight of sin bowing us down under its pressure?

Oh yes, God not only heals physically, He also heals us emotionally – so that we no longer live under the burden of hurt and guilt. He heals us mentally so that we no longer have to live under the oppression of addiction. He heals us spiritually so that we can live life and live it abundantly….and eternally!

The Word of God has great power; but somehow I think that if we would choose to pair prayer up with scripture and actually pray scripture in situations and circumstances of our lives that it would be like a shot of nitro to our prayers!

Praying the Word of God is an exciting and effective way to pray!

In this 30 Day Prayer Challenge for Healing you will find a Bible verse or passage for each day that will teach  you about faith and inspire you to begin discovering a new ability to walk in great faith.

To use this workbook, you will read the given verse or passage from the day and write out an observation about that verse or passage.

Then you will write out a prayer to the Lord, using the verse or passage for that day as a guide.

Using God’s Word as a guide for our prayers is such a powerful tool.

It is also a powerful weapon, combining the sword of the Spirit and the weapon of prayer into one atomic weapon against the enemy who seeks to destroy us.
