  1. Thank you so much for sharing this valuable information. I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 6 years after having mono for 10 months. No one understood what I was going through and I didn’t know what to do. Handling my schedule was a huge part of getting by day to day. My husband was my solid rock during the latter part of my illness, when I met him. He has always been a great caretaker, even today when I now have to be treated for Diabetes and other chronic illnesses. This post was very uplifting.
