If there is an emotion that is common to each person on planet earth, it is fear. I haven’t yet met a person who didn’t battle fear.
Fear paralyzes us with thoughts of “What if….”
Images flood our mind with worst case scenarios and horrors that we’ve only ever seen on films.
To ease our minds, we turn to Google, which not only confirms our worst fears, but brings up new horrors we’d never thought of before.

Have you ever been in this cycle?
I have.
I battle fear and anxiety very often in my life. This is an ongoing battle for me for most of my life, but I am learning how to walk in victory in this area of my life.
I have spent hours Googling and researching various situations that have come up in my family, with my children, regarding my health….
only to have a greater fear grip my heart like a vice.
A couple of years ago, I battled fear and anxiety on a level I haven’t battled in years. It kept me in a spin cycle of swirling thoughts, emotional roller-coasters, and sleepless nights.
Until I woke up on day and demanded the drama leave!
