Here is something I’ve wanted to try for a very long time….and finally did.

took this recipe and altered it a bit for the ingredients I can get here….so my own recipe is below.

There is a reason why this is called “Crack Slaw”.

It is seriously so delicious, that you can’t stop eating it. While this particular recipe is Asian, I tried a lot of variations of this recipe, and I’ll be posting them in the weeks to come.

Here’s the thing.

My husband isn’t fond of Asian food, but loved this!

The delicious meat combined with the soft cabbage and Asian spices makes it so addicting!

Plus it is:

  • Super easy to make
  • Reheats very well
  • Tastes even better after a day or two in the fridge
  • Extremely versatile (you can make different flavors using different spices and additional ingredients)

Are you ready? Here we go!
